I applied for this club and messaged the leader asking to be approved and was approved quickly. I watched other players club tags in multiplayer events (4 characters in brackets before gamertag.) I saw one tag pop up repeatedly.
If you are not in a large car club, try this. This method works very well if your speed camera speeds are not high and you are in a large car club (preferably 50+ members, the more members the better it works.) The fastest way to earn money is joining a good car club and using speed cameras.
